MERLIN'S MOM

MERLIN AND DIGGITTY DAWG NAPPING
I went to the pound to adopt a white female that I had seen on their website. When I arrived, this no-kill shelter was in the process of trying to bring in some new animals and were desperate for space. They talked me into the white 1 year old female and two white baby boys. I knew I couldn't keep that many with my two at home, so I gave one of the little twins to my daughter. They named him Yuki and like my Merlin, they are puppy cats. Yuki ended up with a tail that lays straight across his back instead of waving around like most cats, and is smaller. He will wait on furniture or counters for my daughter to walk by and land perfectly on her shoulder and ride around. Merlin follows my every step like a puppy and anticipates my every move. Both are shy of other people, basically one or two person cats. But those are very lucky people. Whatever breed they come from, they are not good with children or other cats. Not vicious, they just hide. But they love dogs. Any dog. Merlin also had a tiny black patch of fur between his ears like the article said. So I guess his masked color is black. Now, at a year old, the patch is gone.
